BOX OFFICE HOURS
Our box office operates solely with the help of dedicated volunteers and does not maintain regular business hours. However, we ensure that the box office opens one hour prior to each performance, allowing ample time for ticket purchases and assistance.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, Visa, or Mastercard in person 45-minutes prior to each performance.
For orders online, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

All individual tickets purchased online and at the door are charged a per-ticket, non-refundable service fee.

WHY CHARGE A SERVICE FEE?

We understand the dislike for service fees, but they play a vital role in sustaining our business operations. These fees cover the direct costs associated with our parent ticketing software company, ArtsPeople, which are incurred across all payment methods. The service fees are non-refundable.

  • Groups of 10+ may receive a discounted rate, applied automatically at checkout. Discounts vary by show and may not be available for all performances.

  • Regularly priced tickets can be purchased online by credit card until one hour before the show or at the door, pending availability. Prices remain the same online and in person.

    We do not accept Discover Card or American Express

  • For the optimal experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers when purchasing tickets online through ArtsPeople. Internet Explorer and Safari are not advised for this purpose. If you encounter any difficulties while attempting to buy tickets, we suggest trying a different browser, switching to a computer instead of a smartphone, or ensuring that your patron account is properly set up.

  • As a small nonprofit, we cannot offer refunds, but you may exchange your ticket online using the confirmation code for another performance of the same production at least 2 hours in advance. Please review your selection carefully before purchase.

    Service fees are non-refundable.

  • We welcome all guests to our intimate theater and have a limited number of accessible seats available. These must be reserved in advance through our Box Office. For assistance, please email our Box Office at info@lakecountryplayhousewi.org.
