GENERAL COVID-19 GUIDELINES

  • Based on the current CDC Guidelines, masks are not required while attending a Lake Country Playhouse performance, or volunteering in our venues. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please do!

  • Any patron who is feeling ill should please stay home. Our staff and volunteers are expected to do the same.

  • Risk Assumption: All patrons understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Those purchasing tickets and attending Lake Country Playhouse productions voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

  • Patrons with symptoms on the day of performance can opt to graciously donate the cost of their tickets to LCP, or promptly request a refund in the form of a gift certificate toward a future performance. Requests must be made no later than one hour prior to the performance start time by contacting our Artistic Director at admin@lakecountryplayhousewi.org

  • Please purchase tickets in advance online to reduce interaction and congestion at the door.

  • Guidelines are subject to change as the situation evolves.

BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

  • HVAC: LCP has overhauled our air ventilation system in 2021 to a hospital grade, ionization air purification system. We have increased our fresh air exchange capabilities utilizing ionizers to exceed current recommended levels of air quality and purification. This system runs continuously when building is occupied and vacant. The air is sanitizing throughout the building up to 50 times per hour.

  • BOX OFFICE is now enclosed with window barrier.

  • FOOT ACCESS PLATES All internal doors are fitted with no-touch, foot access plates.

    CLEANING PROTOCOLS

  • High-touch surfaces will be disinfected with handheld power sprayer which applies an even layer of disinfectant cleaner to surfaces. Especially the entire seating and stage, bathrooms, lobby and common areas.

  • Bathrooms and common areas will be cleaned frequently.
