For parties consisting of 10 or more individuals, there is an option to buy tickets at a discounted rate. Upon selecting 10 or more tickets and adding them to your virtual cart, the price will automatically adjust to the reduced amount. Please note that the extent of the group discount may differ depending on the specific show. It's important to keep in mind that not all shows will offer a discounted rate.

Online payment through credit card is accepted for the purchase of regularly priced tickets. These tickets can be conveniently bought online until one hour prior to the performance. Alternatively, they may also be available for purchase at the door one hour before each performance, based on availability. Prices are the same regardless of purchased online or at the door.

For the optimal experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers when purchasing tickets online through ArtsPeople. Internet Explorer and Safari are not advised for this purpose. If you encounter any difficulties while attempting to buy tickets, we suggest trying a different browser, switching to a computer instead of a smartphone, or ensuring that your patron account is properly set up.

As a small non-profit organization, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for ticket purchases. However, we offer the option to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production, provided that the request is made at least 2 hours prior to the date and time stated on your ticket. Instructions for the ticket exchange can be found at the bottom of the ticket, below the seat numbers. We strongly advise all patrons to carefully review their ticket selection before finalizing the transaction, ensuring that they can attend the intended performance.
